I hope you are completely satisfied with your artwork. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I offer 14 days return policy for non-commissioned paintings. Shipping costs and any taxes paid will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact me by email at Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for safe packaging of the artwork, arranging return delivery, all associated return/shipping costs and are liable for any damages. I suggest using a shipping service that includes track and trace. If you are London based, we can also agree a pickup from your home or drop off at my studio. Please note, that if artwork arrives back damaged, I won’t be able to offer a refund.


I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products cannot be returned, e.g., special orders, commissions, frames (these are custom made) or personalized items.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on discounted/sale items or gift cards either.

Cancellations or Changes

If you decide to cancel or change your order after it is placed, please contact me to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If I haven’t packed and shipped your order yet, your order will be canceled and refunded to your original method of payment. If by chance I have packed and ordered shipment for your order already, it cannot be changed or canceled. Once you email me to request a cancellation or change, I will let you know the status of your order and if it can be modified.

Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
